Client Brief :
This project involved the complete renovation of the Dean’s Office at MUWCI, Pune, executed by our team. The scope focused on translating the design intent into a functional, refined administrative space within a highly constrained timeline.
The primary challenges were time and location. The office is situated in a rural village area with no nearby marketplaces or vendors, making material sourcing and logistics demanding. Every element—from procurement to execution—required precise planning and coordination. Despite these constraints, the project was successfully completed in just 25 days, without compromising on workmanship or finish quality. Efficient scheduling, advance material planning, and disciplined on-site execution were key to meeting the deadline.
